Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coin2Cash ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

Coin2Cash provides a cryptocurrency-to-cash exchange service that converts supported cryptocurrencies into physical cash delivered by post to a user-supplied address. We act solely as an exchange facilitator and do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. All exchange rates are locked at the time of order creation and are not subject to change once an order is confirmed. We do not guarantee availability of any specific cryptocurrency or delivery region at any given time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange or cash-by-mail services are prohibited, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Account & Order Registration

To initiate an exchange, you must provide a valid email address, full name, and a physical delivery address. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Errors in the delivery address that result in failed or misdirected deliveries are solely your responsibility. An Order ID is generated at the time of order creation — this is your only reference for tracking, support, and dispute resolution. You must save your Order ID; we cannot retrieve or verify orders without it.

5. Transactions, Deposits & Exchange

• Exchange rates are locked at the time of order creation and apply for a 15-minute deposit window.
• You must send the exact cryptocurrency amount to the deposit address within 15 minutes of order creation. Orders not funded within this window are automatically cancelled.
• Once your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, the exchange is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.
• All transactions are final once the deposit is received. Coin2Cash does not offer refunds on completed exchanges.
• You may cancel your order at any time before sending your deposit. Cancellation is not possible once a deposit has been detected.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction we deem suspicious, potentially fraudulent, or in violation of applicable regulations. In such cases, cryptocurrency may be returned to the originating wallet minus any applicable network fees.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Cash is delivered by physical post to the address provided at order creation. We offer Normal, Priority, and Express shipping options.
• Normal delivery takes up to 1 business day for processing after exchange completion. Priority and Express options are processed faster — specific timeframes are shown at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
• Optional Signature Confirmation may be selected at checkout for added security. We recommend this for high-value orders.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number and carrier name will be visible on your Track Order page using your Order ID.
• Coin2Cash is not liable for cash lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once handed to the postal carrier.
• Failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user will not be reshipped or refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal activity; to provide false delivery addresses or identity information; to circumvent any technical or security measures; to use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform; or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform's operation. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, forfeiture of deposited funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Fees

Coin2Cash charges exchange fees which are displayed and confirmed before each transaction. Shipping fees vary by delivery option and are shown at checkout. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are determined by the respective blockchain network and are not controlled by us. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is initiated.

9. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency exchange involves significant risk. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. Exchange rates are locked at order creation — you accept the rate shown at that time. Physical cash delivery carries inherent risks including postal delays and carrier losses. You acknowledge that you are using the Platform at your own risk and that Coin2Cash is not liable for any losses arising from exchange rate movements, blockchain network delays, postal carrier failures, or third-party actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coin2Cash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cash value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from user error including incorrect deposit amounts, wrong wallet addresses, or incorrect delivery addresses.

11. Support & Disputes

All support requests must include your Order ID. We cannot assist with orders where the Order ID has been lost. Support is available via email at support@coin2cash.io or via our official Telegram channel at t.me/coin2cash_io. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Disputes not resolved through support within 30 days may be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Coin2Cash.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Pending unfunded orders will be cancelled. Funded orders already in processing will be completed or returned subject to our verification procedures.
