Order Confirmation
Fill in your Full Name, Email, Street Address, and optional Telegram Username. Normal shipping is selected by default - choose Priority or Express if you need faster delivery. Enable Signature Confirmation for extra security. Click Confirm to proceed.
Step 3
Deposit
A unique Order ID and deposit address will be generated. Send the exact crypto amount to that address within 15 minutes - the rate is locked at order creation time. The exchange starts automatically once your deposit is received. Click Cancel anytime before depositing if needed.
Step 4
Exchanging
After your deposit confirms on the blockchain, we process your order immediately. Standard delivery takes up to 1 business day. Priority and Express shipping deliver faster.
Step 5
Track Your Order
Use your Order ID on the Track Order page to check your order status anytime. Save your Order ID - it's your only reference for tracking and support.
Step 6
Receive Your Cash
Once your order is processed, your cash will be packaged and dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number and carrier name on the track page as soon as your order ships.
