Coin2Cash ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our cryptocurrency-to-cash exchange and physical delivery service, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Order & Delivery Data

To process and deliver your order, we collect your full name, physical delivery address, and optional Telegram username. This data is required to complete your exchange and ship cash to you.

Wallet & Transaction Data

We collect the cryptocurrency wallet addresses you provide when initiating transactions, along with transaction amounts, timestamps, exchange rates, Order IDs, and order status history.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage logs strictly for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and DDoS protection purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process, complete, and deliver your exchange orders
  • To generate and maintain your Order ID and order history
  • To maintain and secure your account
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activity
  • To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements
  • To communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests
  • To improve Platform security and performance

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with postal carriers and delivery services solely to the extent necessary to fulfill your delivery (name and address); with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law or court order; with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform under strict confidentiality obligations; and with fraud prevention services to protect the integrity of our exchange operations. Delivery partners receive only the minimum data required to complete your shipment.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes. Order records including delivery addresses, wallet addresses, and transaction data are retained for a minimum of 5 years. You may request deletion of your account data subject to our legal retention obligations — transaction and delivery records may be required to be retained regardless of your request.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS transmission, and access controls. Delivery addresses and personal data are stored with restricted access. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for saving your Order ID. We will notify you of any data breach that materially affects your data as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and ensure Platform security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. DDoS-Guard, our DDoS protection provider, may set security cookies that are strictly necessary for Platform availability and cannot be disabled without affecting access. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

8. Physical Delivery & Address Data

Your delivery address is used solely to ship your cash order. It is shared with our postal carrier for delivery purposes only. We do not use your address for marketing or share it with any other third parties. Once an order is delivered or cancelled, your address is retained only as part of the transaction record for the minimum period required by law. You are responsible for providing an accurate and safe delivery address — we cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an address you provided.

9. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
