How does Coin2Cash work?
Simple — enter how much cash you want to receive, send your crypto to the generated deposit address, and we mail physical US dollars directly to your address. No bank account, no ID, no verification required.
What cryptocurrencies can be converted to cash?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), USDT (Tron & Ethereum), and USDC (Ethereum).
Do I need to provide ID or verify my identity?
No. Coin2Cash does not require any form of identity verification. No government IDs, no selfies, no documents. A shipping address is the only information needed.
How long does delivery take?
Once your crypto transaction confirms, orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Standard US delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
How is the cash packaged?
All orders are packaged discreetly with no external markings indicating the contents. Packaging is indistinguishable from regular mail.
What fees do you charge?
We charge a platform fee shown transparently in the exchange widget before you confirm. There are no hidden fees — the amount shown as 'You receive' is exactly what you get.
How is the exchange rate calculated?
We use a live market price locked at the time you create your order. The rate is fixed for your entire order window so you know exactly how much crypto to send before you send it.
What if the rate moves between my deposit and delivery?
Your rate is locked the moment you create your order — not when we ship. Whatever rate you see when you confirm is the rate you get, regardless of market movement after that point.
What happens if I send the wrong amount of crypto?
Contact support immediately via Telegram or email with your Order ID. If you sent less than required, we will hold your order and wait for you to top up or cancel. If you sent more, we will process your order at the confirmed rate and return the excess to your wallet minus network fees.
What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen in transit?
We add tracking to every order. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us with your Order ID and tracking number — we will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it. We strongly recommend enabling Signature Confirmation at checkout for high-value orders, which provides additional carrier accountability.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong mid-transaction?

Do you store my personal information?
